• Excellent communication, judgement, and discretion; able to handle confidential information and drive governance in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment of a new automated, data-driven antibody discovery platform by building and maintaining integrated project plans and driving predictable delivery across workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional execution by aligning priorities, tracking progress, unblocking issues, and ensuring clear handoffs between teams
• Ensure strong project governance and communication through status reporting, decision/action logs, clear documentation, and stakeholder updates
