KS Composites is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own and drive multiple high‑value manufacturing projects from concept through delivery at our Old Dalby site (LE14 3NQ). You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality outcomes in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in manufacturing, automotive, or engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to communicate with multiple internal departments and customers.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for projects from handover to delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify variations and additional commercial opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Travel within the UK and occasionally internationally.
