Overview

Senior Project Manager required to run a £15m new build leisure / residential project in Warminster, Wiltshire.

Responsibilities
  • Take on the circa month PCSA period before work starts on site in the summer next year.
  • Manage initial cut and fill and retaining works to construct the three‑storey RC framed building on the side of a hill.
  • Plan logistics, signage, safe access and other considerations to maintain a safe and efficient live environment with end users and the public around.
  • Report to the Construction Director and visiting Contracts Manager and manage the project from pre‑construction through contract award, start on site in Q3 and the circa 18‑month construction phase.
  • Lead design development, construction methodology, programme of works and logistics, ensuring smooth and timely progress on site.
  • Oversee health and safety, quality control and issue resolution throughout the project.
Qualifications
  • Experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager looking to step up, with a proven track record within a Tier 1 or 2 main contractor.
  • Proven ability to deliver £15m+ design & build schemes.
  • Experience in delivering a similar leisure/hotel/residential style new build within a live environment is advantageous.
