  • MRICS, PMP, or equivalent accreditation is desirable.

We're excited to work with a progressive construction consultancy delivering high‑profile schemes nationwide, seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects of significant scale and value while building strong client and contractor relationships.

This innovative consultancy delivers high‑quality project and cost management services across a variety of sectors. Their projects typically range from £5M to £50M, with flagship developments exceeding £75M. Recent and current projects include retail fit‑outs for leading high‑street brands, large‑scale refurbishment and fit‑out schemes, hotels, student accommodation and healthcare developments, as well as industrial warehouses and private residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from design and planning through construction and handover
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality standards, and contractual requirements
  • Oversee risk management, change control, and issue resolution
  • Mentor and support project teams, sharing best practice and ensuring high performance
  • Deliver clear project reporting to senior management and clients
  • Foster strong working relationships to enhance client satisfaction and future business opportunities
About You
  • 7+ years' experience managing construction or property development projects
  • Proven track record delivering projects in sectors such as retail, hospitality, residential, and industrial
  • Degree‑qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, contracts, and stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • MRICS, PMP, or equivalent accreditation is desirable but not essential
