We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join us here at Practice Plus Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our National Projects team, working on lots of different projects across our Prisons, Immigration Removal Centres and Non-Custodial sites in England. This role is remote, with frequent national travel – visiting existing and new sites nationally (at least once per week).

Interview Date: 16th December 2025
Hours: You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, usually between 09:00 – 17:30.
Salary: This is a full time position, and you’ll receive an annual salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience plus a £4,000 car allowance.

Responsibilities
  • Work as a senior part of the National Health in Justice project management team, offering expertise to sites and staff across England
  • Lead on projects, developing plans and monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders and project board up to date as required
  • Work closely with wider stakeholders and regional teams to deliver on projects of all sizes – nationally, regionally and site specific
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, and within budget, delivering a high quality service throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide project management including the development and maintenance of project governance documents, such as risk logs, action logs, and communication and action plans
  • Analyse and highlight any project risks
  • Organise and chair project meetings and workshops, track actions and deliverables
  • Be happy to travel nationally as required – likely to be at least one day per week
Qualifications
  • Have previous experience in a Project Management role – we are open to any industry!
  • Any digital project experience, or healthcare experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Be able to manage large volumes of data
  • Have a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle and methodology
  • Have a degree or equivalent qualification or relevant project management experience
  • Hold a Project Management Qualification, such as Prince2, APM or PMP
