The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) background to lead the safe, compliant, and commercially successful delivery of projects across our London portfolio.

You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, develop a long‑term pipeline of opportunities, and support the development of talent within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, compliance and commercial performance.
  • Build and convert a pipeline of project opportunities across the Business Unit.
  • Develop capex plans using LCR and FMR data to support long‑term investment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities and ensuring feasibility of solutions.
  • Define scopes of work, manage tenders, and oversee subcontractor performance.
  • Operate as Principal Contractor under CDM regulations.
  • Manage statutory, commercial and QHSE risks in line with CBRE processes.
  • Produce monthly project and financial reports and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for your project portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor and support team members; contribute to divisional strategy with the Head of Projects.
About You
Technical & Educational Background
  • Recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction engineering (essential).
  • Project management qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2 or SMSTS (advantageous).
Experience
  • Strong track record delivering projects safely and successfully in M&E, FM, construction or critical environments.
  • Experience generating new project opportunities and managing bids/tenders.
  • Proven P&L management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
