A well-established Construction Consultancy based in Plymouth is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to work on a range of projects within the Property sector.

The client has a network of offices across the country. They deliver projects within public and private sectors ranging from Commercial, Residential, Education to Leisure and Heritage. THE POSITION

The position is for a Project Manager who will get involved in taking full responsibility of projects within the region. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and manage the project through to completion. At senior level the successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to get involved in business and client development and represent the company at various networking events and meetings.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Senior Project Manager must:

  • Have a relevant degree and ideally be Chartered
  • Have a background in Building Surveying (but not essential)
  • Have experience working as a Project Manager at Senior level on the Consultancy or Main Contracting side
  • Have experience working on Property projects and have a working knowledge of the JCT form of contract
  • Have good communication and client facing skills
