One of the region's fastest growing Property Consultancies is actively recruiting a Senior Project Manager to be based in Milton Keynes.

The Company

The client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy with a network of offices across the UK. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some of the region's largest developments. Projects can range from Public to Private across multiple sectors. Values currently range from £500k to £50 million, offering a fantastic range and size of projects.

The Position

They are actively looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on projects across a range of sectors. The company offers great training and progression, as well as excellent APC support.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Have a relevant degree
  • Have experience working as a Project Manager on the Consultancy side
  • Have experience working on projects within Residential/Building
  • Have experience working on projects from inception to completion
  • Have good communication and client-facing skills
