Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Liverpool city centre

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 basic salary + excellent benefits package

Note: IT/Finance/Marketing backgrounds will NOT be considered for this role. Given it is a lead PM opportunity it is essential you have experience as a Consultancy Project Manager with experience in managing team resource and projects in the built environment (a real estate or construction consultancy managing JCT or NEC contracts).

The Opportunity

You’ll have the autonomy to lead and deliver projects across all stages, across multiple sectors such as urban redevelopment, healthcare, education, and defence. With proven construction project management experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of key projects, nurture existing client relationships, and support the development of new business opportunities.

Skills & Experience

• Ideally chartered (RICS, APM, or CIOB), though not essential
• Degree in a construction related discipline preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including in depth experience with MS Project
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
• Confident in delivering presentations and leading client facing meetings
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing change in a fast moving environment
