A prominent infrastructure solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Rail Project Manager role for key elements within a significant nuclear new-build project. This role involves managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications while delivering on project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-disciplinary rail projects and effective project management skills. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
Location: Suffolk (Hybrid)
Join our client's growing team working on Sizewell C (SZC), one of the UK's most significant low‑carbon infrastructure programmes. This major nuclear new‑build project will play a crucial role in supporting Britain's energy security and Net Zero targets, delivering clean and reliable electricity for decades to come.
We are seeking an experienced Rail Senior Project Manager to oversee key elements of the rail infrastructure within SZC's Associated Developments programme. This is an opportunity to work at scale on a complex, nationally important project while helping shape sustainable transport solutions that support construction and reduce local community impact.
The Rail Project Manager will lead the safe and efficient delivery of assigned rail packages—from planning and design through to procurement, construction, and handover. You will ensure scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met, while maintaining strong coordination with other project areas and external stakeholders.
