A leading energy services company in Greater Manchester is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value projects. The role offers a competitive salary, car allowance, and benefits. Candidates should have experience managing £5m+ projects and a background in construction. Strong understanding of P&L management and commercial negotiation skills are essential. Equans is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Manchester Joint Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The post holder will lead and deliver complex, high-value projects (£5m+ portfolio) as a senior member of the project management team. Take full P&L accountability, mentor junior PMs, drive business development, and maintain strategic client relationships across various delivery models (principal / prime contractor, management fee, traditional contracting, design & build).
