Job summary

Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the fit-out on a large healthcare scheme in Central London. The role reports to the Project Director and requires experience delivering large fit-out packages for Tier One contractors.

In return, the client offers a basic salary of £100,000–£105,000 plus a full package and bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large fit-out packages.
• Background delivering healthcare schemes is preferred.
• Experience with Tier One main contractors is desirable.

Job description

Our client is a well known main contractor, overseeing commercial, mixed use residential and healthcare schemes across the Country.

The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to manage the fit out on a large healthcare scheme in Central London.

The position will report into the Project Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience managing large fit out packages, previously working for a well known tier one main contractor.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 100k - 105k + full package & bonus.
