Job summary

Arcadis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare, education and laboratory capital programmes. You will guide projects from concept to completion and build strong client relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will partner with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and drive value through governance and commercial insight. Proven delivery in healthcare is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Healthcare sector experience desirable, with ProCure22/23 or similar.
• Excellent client relationships, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Professional qualification/chartered status.
• Valid CSCS card.

• Own project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting for strong commercial performance.

Role Accountabilities

• Work closely with colleagues across Arcadis to bring together the right expertise for every project.
• Build trusted client relationships, creating exceptional experiences that lead to repeat business and future opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience successfully managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable, ideally including ProCure22, ProCure23 or similar healthcare capital programmes.
• Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline.
• Professional qualification and/or chartered status.
• Valid CSCS card.
