Job summary

Loba Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major cut-and-carve refurbishment in Central London. You will take full responsibility for delivery, coordinating site teams, temporary works, and complex construction sequencing to meet strict programme, quality, safety and budget targets.

Working closely with commercial, design and engineering teams, you will maintain strong client relationships and lead a disciplined, safe and efficient project execution in a challenging Central London

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a reputable main contractor.
• Previous cut-and-carve refurbishment experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of structural alterations, temporary works and complex refurbishment.
• Experience delivering projects in constrained Central London environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication and programme management skills.
• SMSTS and relevant construction qualifications.

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Package

I'm working with an established main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex cut-and-carve refurbishment project in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in structural alterations, heavy refurbishment and technically challenging projects.

The Role:

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of a major cut-and-carve refurbishment project.
