Job summary

i3 in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the initial stages of a major Policy Administration System (PAS) transformation. The role focuses on pre-discovery, mobilisation and Discovery, helping shape the roadmap for a multi-year business and technology transformation.

You will coordinate governance, plans and stakeholder engagement across underwriting, operations, technology and change, with a focus on vendor engagement and strategic delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex insurance transformation programmes.
• PAS / policy administration / underwriting platform experience.
• London Market or specialty insurance experience.
• Experience with Guidewire or equivalent core insurance platforms.
• Experience across feasibility, pre-discovery, vendor selection or mobilisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing vendor-led or SI-supported programmes.
• Excellent project governance, planning and risk management capability.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the early stages of a major Policy Administration System (PAS) transformation within a leading specialty insurance organisation.

This is a high-profile role focused on pre-discovery, mobilisation and Discovery, helping shape the roadmap for a significant multi-year business and technology transformation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead project management across pre-discovery, mobilisation and Discovery
