Job summary

Cititec in London is seeking a Senior ETRM Project Manager to lead a major global commodities trading firm’s multi-year ETRM transformation. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end workstreams, guiding delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and coordinating Business Analysts, Developers, UAT and Cutover teams.

The successful candidate will manage stakeholders and vendors, mitigate risks, and drive change across the transformation program while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management experience within large-scale technology implementations.
• Experience delivering complex ETRM system upgrades, transformations or greenfield implementations.
• Strong understanding of the front-to-back commodities trading lifecycle.
• Experience working across Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Finance and Technology.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, governance and risk management experience.
• Experience across commodities such as Power, Gas, LNG, Freight or Emissions would be beneficial.

I’m currently working on a confidential search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major global commodities trading firm, supporting a large-scale, multi-year ETRM transformation programme.

The role will take ownership of one or more workstreams, managing delivery across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and quality, while coordinating Business Analysts, Developers, UAT and Cutover teams.

Key responsibilities:
