Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering complex infrastructure projects that make a real difference? Southern Water is expanding its Capital Delivery team as part of the AMP8 investment cycle and is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact water infrastructure programs. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience, sustainability, and regulatory compliance of our water services across the region., As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale water infrastructure projects. These projects are central to our AMP8 commitments, aimed at improving service quality, environmental outcomes, and long-term asset performance. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes., Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of water infrastructure projects-from design through to construction and commissioning-ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, delivery partners, customers, and operational teams. Your ability to manage expectations, communicate effectively, and align interests will be critical to project success.

Team Management: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects meet all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.

Performance & Reporting: Monitor project performance, manage budgets, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Industry Experience: Significant experience in delivering infrastructure projects

Contract Expertise: Proven experience in the design and delivery of contracts, including NEC frameworks.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects through multidisciplinary teams.

Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, navigate competing priorities, and drive consensus.

Certifications: APM Project Professional Qualification, MSP Practitioner, and NEC for Project Managers are advantageous.

This is a full-time role (37 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
