Job description

Job Title:- Senior Project Manager

Location- Central London

Type:- Perm

With a turnover of over £100 million, one of UK'S leading Fit‑out/Refurbishment Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This Main Contractor is looking for a No.1 Project Manager who can lead the team and deliver the project to the client's requirements and expectations on a 2 Stage tender basis on projects ranging between £10‑£20 million. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience within Cut & Carve Refurbishment with structural alterations.

Key duties
  • Preconstruction
  • Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build
  • Site set up and strategy including logistics
  • Planning
  • 2 stage tender process
  • Running the job as a number 1
  • Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly
  • Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions.
  • Costing, Budgeting
  • Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgets

Ideal candidate must have previous experience in Project Management within Cut & Carve/Refurbishment, must be ambitious, dynamic and client facing, and must be able to travel to and fro site in City of London.

Ideal candidate must have CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications.
