A leading insurance provider in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transformative initiatives within their Transformation & Agile Practices team. Candidates will manage medium to large-scale projects, ensuring they deliver on time and within budget. Location — Edinburgh, Permanent, blended working.
Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid. However, you should be able to work from your nearest IMS office 2-3 days per week for this position. Occasional travel to other Tesco offices may also be required.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Transformation & Agile Practices team — someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex change.
In this role, you’ll lead medium to large‑scale projects (or multiple projects at once), shaping the vision, plans, and delivery approach from the outset. You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end execution, from planning through to implementation, reporting, and performance management — ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to scope.
You’ll be comfortable making informed decisions, navigating complex challenges, and leading teams and stakeholders to successful outcomes.
