A leading design consultancy in Bristol is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple medical device development projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong commercial understanding and will work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. This role offers a salary of up to £65,000 and the possibility of remote working arrangements.

Kinneir Dufort (KD) is a world-class user-centred innovation and product development consultancy, specializing in the medical and consumer health sectors. As part of the SteriPack Group, we collaborate globally with contract manufacturing facilities in Europe, the USA, and Asia, alongside additional design and product development teams in New Jersey and Colorado.
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our talented team and contribute to delivering exceptional solutions for our clients.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in medical product development and consultancy environments, who is comfortable managing multiple projects with varying timescales. Our Project Management team work collaboratively with our expertise teams to ensure clients receive timely and consistent updates. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and demonstrate the ability to foster and maintain robust client relationships. Responsibilities include providing guidance and support to team members as well as independently leading assigned projects.
You’ll be passionate about achieving project success. Our Project Managers play a crucial role within a collaborative and effective team, working alongside multidisciplinary teams assembled for specific contracts. Therefore, it is essential to be a natural collaborator with a disciplined approach, capable of prioritising tasks effectively and consistently delivering high‑quality work.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the commercial aspects of project delivery, recognising the impact on both our clients and KD. This role requires an individual who can share their knowledge and expertise while being receptive to learning from our skilled team. The ideal candidate will possess leadership abilities combined with an approachable, down‑to‑earth demeanour that fosters trust and enthusiasm among team members and clients. Experience in coaching, mentoring, or line management is beneficial but not mandatory. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with clients to define their needs and ensure clear communication regarding project status at every stage.

For this role we are considering a salary of up to £65,000, although for the right candidates we would be willing to explore a figure above this.
