Buttershaw, Bradford. Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office. As part of the role, you will be required to travel to different Yorkshire Water locations, therefore a full valid UK driving licence is essential for the role with no more than 6 points. This role will initially be based in Bradford but we’re moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026, so you’ll be based there in the future.

The Capital Delivery Team are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.
The focus for the role over the next year will be driving our below ground Infrastructure programme of work for our AMP8 (2025–2030) capital programme to ensure we deliver our 5‑year programme.
Consists of Yorkshire Water colleagues, contract partners, sub‑contractors and consultants working collaboratively to deliver the majority of the capital programme for the company. Over the next five‑year period, we anticipate a programme of work in the region of £3 billion of investment covering the whole range of water and wastewater assets. The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery of this portfolio of capital projects.
Purpose of the role is to drive delivery of a sub‑programme within the capital programme to time, cost, and quality, achieving best value outcomes. The role will manage a sub‑programme delivering over £50m per year capital investment in our clean and wastewater asset base.
You will be accountable for delivering programmes of work as part of the new AMP8 delivery model and working with Yorkshire Water and external stakeholders across Water, Waste, and our new Alliance.
