About Delta.g

Delta.g is a UK quantum technology company developing gravity sensing tools that unlock real-time spatial intelligence. Our sensors allow users to see what lies beneath the surface of the Earth using gravity alone, revealing hidden sinkholes, old mine workings, and buried infrastructure without digging. Spun out of the University of Birmingham, our technology is new, powerful, and close to commercial deployment. We have just raised £4.6 million in investment led by Serendipity Capital, NSSIF, and SCVC, and are scaling rapidly. Remuneration

Location: Birmingham (hybrid working, minimum 2/3 days per week in office)

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – COMPETITIVE SALARY – BIRMINGHAM

As a Senior Project Manager based in Birmingham, you will take senior responsibility for delivery across multiple concurrent projects and programmes, working closely with senior stakeholders as a trusted delivery partner.

You will bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex delivery environments, ensuring plans are robust, progress is visible and outcomes are delivered with confidence. This role focuses on ownership of delivery outcomes, stakeholder confidence and execution excellence across technically sophisticated workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning delivery across multiple concurrent internal and external technical projects
• Planning, tracking and coordinating complex workstreams spanning software, hardware, embedded systems, science and deployment
• Maintaining delivery cadence across planning, execution and reporting cycles

• You do not need prior experience in quantum technology. Transferable delivery experience from software-led, engineering, scientific, consultancy or scaleup environments is highly valued.
