NG Bailey Engineering is recruiting a Senior Project Manager (MEP) to lead a major MEP package, starting at the Head Office in Farringdon and moving to site in Banbury in Q3/4. You will own delivery strategy and drive commercial performance, reporting to senior leadership and coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors.
The role is primarily site-based with some flexibility, requiring a proven leader capable of managing risk, safety, quality, and programme.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (MEP) to lead the delivery of a major infrastructure project within our operations team, based initially in our Head Office in Farringdon, moving to site in Banbury in Q3/4.
This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a large-scale MEP package, from pre-construction through to completion. Reporting into senior operational leadership, you will play a key role in shaping delivery strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring successful outcomes for our client.
The role will be primarily site-based, with some flexibility, and will involve regular engagement with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
