Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Engineering Manager to drive innovation, standardization and expansion in the AMZL network. Based in London-area offices, you will manage complex deployment projects including new launches, automated solutions, MHE re-layouts and retrofit improvements.

You will lead the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and interact with senior leadership to optimize trade-offs while driving improvements across UK/IE and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of project management principles and lifecycle.
• Strong technical background relevant to engineering solutions in logistics.

Responsabilités

• Manage highly complex concurrent deployment projects in UK/IE AMZL network.
• Own programs related to launches or retrofits of automation, MHE, or building improvements.
• Lead lifecycle from concept and budgeting to handover to stakeholders.
• Handle project phases with resource, capex, and timeline constraints.
• Engage senior management to propose trade-off solutions.
