About the role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager - Hydraulics to support our dynamic and fast-growing engineering team with several fast-track projects underway (and continuing).

General Duties
  • Manage project delivery and technical delivery to meet client and contractual requirements, including managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain sound client relationships.
  • Manage overall project performance (scope, timeline, budget, target deliverables) to meet client, Pressure Dynamics, and contractual requirements.
  • Manage the timeliness and accuracy of the project controls (reporting, costs, schedule, trends, change management) in terms of both direct and indirect costs.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders including clients, sites on matters that affect the project deliverables and goals.
  • Prepare project scope, budget, and schedule for written proposals.
  • Provide project support and input to tenders, customer presentations, and other required marketing and sales/BD activities.

Ideal candidate qualifications
  • Bachelor, Diploma, or Post-graduate degree in Project Management or Engineering
  • PMP certification (well-regarded)
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in various aspects of project management
  • Must have experience in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve high standards with budget and timeline constraints.
  • Ability to present with confidence to management and senior stakeholders on project updates and performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and adapting to change.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Practice active listening
  • Hydraulics experience is preferable.

  • Ability to work effectively without supervision with a consistently high degree of accuracy and quality.
