Ethos Engineering in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Project Electrical Design Engineer to lead electrical services design for hyperscale data centre projects spanning the EMEA region. You will mentor junior engineers, define design standards, and deliver concept through construction with a focus on schedule, budget, and quality.
You will work with Autocad, Dialux, Amtech and REVIT, liaising with clients, architects and project managers to develop robust electrical building services solutions.

About The Job We are seeking a Senior Project Electrical Design Engineer to join our Birmingham office, working closely with our established Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of our new UK hub while delivering major hyperscale data centre projects across the EMEA region. As a Senior Project Electrical Design Engineer, you will work within the data centre sector, leading electrical design packages from concept through to construction. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and design teams, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, budget and quality expectations. You will provide technical direction to support engineers and BIM technicians, working both independently and collaboratively to ensure designs are delivered in line with construction timelines while maintaining high technical and quality standards.
