Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy based in Leatherhead. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities, ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders, and maintaining high technical standards across a range of complex projects. This position would suit a confident and proactive engineer with a strong background in project coordination and technical oversight within the energy or industrial sectors. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and be adept at managing multiple interfaces between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. A background working on TOTAL or Interface projects would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee the coordination and review of engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with design bases and client requirements.
  • Monitor progress across disciplines, reporting key issues and technical concerns to the Engineering Manager.
  • Support project progress by resolving technical bottlenecks and implementing lessons learned where appropriate.
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project delivery.
