Overview

Senior project engineer

We seek a professional engineer from an extensive petrochemical or oil and gas operating environment.

The assignment will be embedded in the client’s operating team while interfacing with the supporting design EPC; however, as the role is very operationally biased, we are looking for someone with a solid technical background with operator-to-operator experience.

The project pertains to ongoing mods and maintenance both on and offshore gas production assets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Project Engineering Support and management of External contractor on the various projects including Onshore Compression all of which are in various phases of the project cycle
  • Provide internal support to the Interim Projects and Developments Manager in delivering strategic projects and act as delegate Project Manager where required
  • Help in developing, rolling out and embedding project management standards, procedures, tools, and templates.
  • Support Project Governance and Assurance activities
Details

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 9 months (full time - i.e. 5 days a week)

Location: London office preferred or alternatively Great Yarmouth office.
