Exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Administrator to join our clients leading global biopharmaceutical organisation to support their Talent Management function.

In this role, you will be supporting senior leaders and helping drive the delivery of our client's new global talent strategy. You will coordinate complex projects and manage executive calendars and documentation. You will also track milestones and risks, support budget and vendor activity, and produce high-quality presentations and reports. Working across multiple stakeholder groups, you will build trust quickly and enable seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years' project administration/coordination experience (HR/Talent preferred)
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

This is a hybrid position that requires the successful candidate to be on‑site on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
