Turner & Townsend are recruiting a Project Controls Manager for their Energy & Natural Resources division in Teesside. The role leads cross-disciplinary project controls teams for a nuclear client, ensuring robust planning, cost control and risk management.

You will deliver performance management cadences, governance and reports while maintaining data integrity and target delivery. Candidates should have senior project planning, cost control and risk management experience, be able to interact

Qualifications

Significant experience across project controls disciplines (planning, cost, risk, reporting) on multiple projects.
Strong communicator with ability to influence, motivate and develop teams.
Willingness to obtain BPSS level security clearance and membership in a professional body.
Experience using project controls software (Primavera P6, AR/M, etc).

Responsabilités

Lead cross-discipline teams to deliver robust project controls services for a nuclear client.
Define and deliver performance management cadences and related reports.
Ensure robust planning, cost control and risk management with accurate data for decision making.
Coordinate with client teams to meet time, cost and quality targets.
Coach and develop team members and assure output quality.
Engage with senior management to communicate progress and issues.
