Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Gloucestershire is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to join our Natural Resources team on energy infrastructure and related projects. You will apply cost, scheduling, risk and change control to support iconic commissions for major clients and to help deliver on ambitious performance targets.

The role requires NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience, a degree or equivalent, and a collaborative leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience.
• Project Controls experience on Energy or Infrastructure projects.
• Membership or Chartership with a Professional Body (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Support cost, scheduling, risk, and change control across projects.
• Anticipate client challenges and drive effective change.
• Promote learning and best practices across teams.
• Lead and mentor junior staff within the project controls function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance stakeholder needs.
