Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED (MP) in London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Controller to join our Aerospace & Defence team. You will work across complex programmes, partnering with Project Managers, engineers and senior stakeholders to bring together cost, schedule, risk and performance information.

You’ll provide insight to keep delivery on track and support forecasting, budgeting and reporting. We invest in your development with structured career pathways and opportunities to pursue APM

Qualifications

• Experience across complex projects or programmes.
• Strong understanding of project controls principles.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, reporting, cost or risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• The confidence to work with both delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• A structured, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project controls processes across complex programmes.
• Develop and manage project schedules, plans and milestones.
• Monitor project performance against cost, schedule and delivery baselines.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Identify, assess and monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities.
• Produce clear and insightful project and programme reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support change control and ensure impacts to cost, schedule and scope are understood.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Programme Managers and wider delivery teams.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to help programmes stay on track.
• Help improve project controls methodologies, tools and ways of working.
