You will balance direct client work with staff supervision, ensuring safety and wellbeing, while collaborating with partner agencies to promote positive client outcomes. The role offers a 3-month contract and a 40-hour week.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising or supporting the work of other staff.
• Experience working with people who have experienced homelessness.
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health, substance use or care experience.
• Strong risk assessment and support planning experience.
• Good safeguarding knowledge and procedures.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide line management and supervision to Progression Coaches and other staff.
• Lead safeguarding and ensure safety, wellbeing and progression of clients.
• Deliver and oversee one-to-one and group support in accommodation and community settings.
• Manage partnership working with statutory and community agencies.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations and staff recruitment/induction.
