Job summary

Government Recruitment Service in Pontypridd is seeking a Senior Programme Manager (Lifecycle Works) to oversee the delivery of a large portfolio of lifecycle projects within the DWP Estates portfolio, including critical asset replacements and sustainability initiatives.

The role requires robust stakeholder management, budget control and adherence to health & safety, contractual standards and governance. It focuses on delivering value, reducing risk, and ensuring sites remain fit for purpose.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual Lifecycle Delivery Plan, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met.
• Manage and challenge asset investment plans with stakeholders to deliver a robust multi-year programme.
• Lead health and safety and contractual compliance across lifecycle projects.
• Coordinate with Estates, Commercial/Category Management, Cost Management and Finance to maintain accurate reporting.
