In response to significant client demand and a strong infrastructure opportunity pipeline, the AECOM programme management advisory and delivery teams are seeking to grow across all grades.
We are currently looking to hire a suitably experienced and capable Senior Programme Manager to work independently or with a Director to successfully shape, develop, initiate and deliver client investment and business change programmes.
Joining our newly established and dedicated regional team in the South West of England, as a Senior Programme Manager you will be delivering transformative infrastructure and engineering projects. We combine international best practice with local expertise to drive sustainable growth and community impact.
You will support programme advisory and delivery commissions across the whole programme lifecycle including programme definition, delivery model and organisational design, programme readiness, maturity assessments, programme management and PMO design and implementation.
Within the role of Senior Programme Manager, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-profile programmes for regional clients in sectors such as water, transport, energy, and infrastructure.
You’ll shape strategy, build local relationships, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation as we expand our South-West & Wales capability.
