Qualifications

• Proven track record in programme management within large infrastructure environments.
• Experience of managing large programmes of work, c£70-90m a year.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership experience, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Passion for driving sustainable, measurable change.
• Tier 1 contracting experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to develop compelling business cases and track delivery of benefits.
• Desirable: Experience with recycled water or water-sector assets.
• Change leadership experience across digital, people or systems programmes.
• Familiarity with regulated utilities and capital investment cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industry-leading SHEA strategy, implementation and performance.
• Ensure compliance with the @one alliance SHEA policy and legal requirements.
• Deliver project and portfolio performance with financial controls.
• Drive sustainability improvements tied to carbon and six capitals.
• Outline and implement business and delivery plans in line with the alliance plan.
• Develop strong relationships with Anglian Water, alliance partners and supply chain.
• Build and lead the Infrastructure Management team to be digitally enabled.
