Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is recruiting to lead the delivery of the Adult Skills Fund across Warwickshire, shaping and improving skills provision to help residents into learning, employment and career progression.

You will manage significant programmes and funding, oversee performance and compliance, develop strong partnerships with providers and stakeholders, and ensure measurable impact. This role sits within the Employability and Skills Team.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in large-fund programmes and public sector delivery.
• Strong partnership development and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Financial management and budgeting for complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the Adult Skills Fund across Warwickshire and shape skills provision.
• Manage significant programmes and funding, oversee performance and compliance.
• Develop partnerships with providers and stakeholders to improve employment outcomes.
• Ensure services deliver measurable impact and value for residents.
• Collaborate with the Adult Skills Team Manager and Warwickshire Skills Hub.
