As a Senior Programme Manager you will lead the successful delivery of complex, cross‑functional programmes, develop and maintain roadmaps, and manage multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex programmes within technology, payments, retail, hospitality, or fintech environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale transformation, product delivery, or customer implementation programmes.
• Strong understanding of planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with global teams and geographically distributed stakeholders.

• You will be required to manage multiple project workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and business objectives, and establish and maintain programme governance, reporting frameworks, and executive stakeholder communications.
