• Experienced development and programme management professional with a strong track record of leading large-scale development programmes.
• Experience managing budgets and performance, and working with funding bodies and key stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse complex information, preparing high-quality reports and presenting to senior audiences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop others.
• Understanding of development appraisal, programme monitoring and public funding.
