A government research institution in Coventry is seeking an experienced individual to lead the development of integrated programme control frameworks. This role involves providing independent analyses on delivery confidence and overseeing governance aligned with external requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex project management, proficiency in change management, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires security clearance, and applications are accepted from candidates across various backgrounds.

To work at NPL, you will need to obtain BPSS security clearance. However, to work in this role in the Time & Frequency department, you will need to have an SC clearance with no restrictions, or you must have the ability to obtain an SC clearance.
