SSEN Transmission is seeking a Senior Programme Assurance Manager to strengthen governance and assurance across its investment portfolio. You’ll shape a forward-looking assurance approach to support executive decision-making and protect long-term delivery confidence.

Responsibilities include developing a strategic framework, providing assurance insights, and driving improvements in governance maturity while engaging senior stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of major programme and portfolio delivery within a regulated utility or infrastructure environment.
• Experience in governance, assurance, risk management or a related strategic delivery discipline.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate findings into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a strategic Business-Unit-led programme assurance framework.
• Provide strategic assurance insight on programme performance and governance.
• Drive improvements in programme governance and assurance maturity.
• Lead assurance and provide trusted challenge at senior levels.
