Job summary

Independent Performance Media Agency in Central London is seeking a Senior Programmatic Trader to own major client accounts and manage a monthly media spend above £250,000. You will work with the Senior Trading Lead and Client Services to set up campaigns and optimize for ROAS and CPA across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Yahoo, Vistar and Spotify Ads.

This hybrid, hands-on role requires extensive DSP experience and a proactive approach to improving performance.

Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on programmatic trading experience.
• Strong live campaign experience within DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP or similar.
• Experience setting up, managing and optimizing performance-focused campaigns.
• Track record of managing meaningful campaign budgets, ideally £250,000+ per month.
• Experience across formats such as display, video, CTV, audio, native or DOOH.
• Strong knowledge of audiences, inventory, SSPs, supply paths, measurement, attribution and brand safety.
• Ability to manipulate campaign data and turn it into practical optimization decisions.
• Confident communication with clients, planners, sales teams and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch campaigns across platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Yahoo, Vistar and Spotify Ads.
• Manage targeting, bidding, pacing, budget allocation and performance delivery.
• Optimize campaigns against KPIs including ROAS, CPA and new customer acquisition.
• Analyse campaign data and make evidence-based optimization decisions.
• Improve inventory quality and identify more efficient supply paths.
• Diagnose underperformance and take direct action to improve results.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual trading and reporting processes.
• Advise clients on channel, audience and data strategy.
