Job summary

Epsilon is hiring a Senior Programmatic Trader in London. The role focuses on implementing, optimizing, and reporting on clients' campaigns within a hybrid work setup (4 days per week) from London.

You will collaborate across Media Development, Revenue and Account Management teams to drive performance and learnings from campaign data. The ideal candidate has deep experience in programmatic ad operations, DSP platforms, and strong analytical capabilities to uncover trends and deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in Media Delivery Specialist or Ad Operations positions in the digital marketing industry.
• Experience in implementation, optimization and reporting of campaigns on Paid Media platforms (preferably programmatic). Knowledge of AdTech ecosystem.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients with varying objectives.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, focused on performance targets.
• Highly collaborative, team-oriented in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement campaigns on programmatic platforms using a DSP.
• Troubleshoot campaigns and materials; resolve issues and optimize.
• Monitor daily performance and budget consumption.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategy and campaign planning.
• Analyze data, identify trends and share insights with the team.
• Help develop and optimize processes in the area.
• Serve as a liaison with technology and media providers.
• Prepare and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
