Job summary

Zinc Network is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex projects. You will manage day-to-day delivery across workstreams, track timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure activities are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.

You will represent Zinc professionally in client meetings, coordinate across internal teams and partners, and escalate strategic or high-stakes issues with clear recommendations to the Project Director.

Qualifications

• The Senior Project Manager provides project leadership and coordination for Zinc projects.
• They oversee day-to-day delivery, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting.
• They coordinate across internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery and Quality Assurance: manage day-to-day delivery, track timelines and budgets, ensure quality.
• Client, Partner and Stakeholder Leadership: engage with clients and partners, prepare briefs and meeting notes.
• Commercial, Contractual and Risk Management: monitor budgets, procurement, and risk mitigations.
• People Leadership and Team Integration: coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and partners.
