Job summary

National Gas seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the client-side delivery of the Emergency Control Facility programme. You will oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning, migration and handover, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and timely governance.

You will develop and present Ofgem-facing evidence, manage budgets and external suppliers, and coordinate stakeholders across Property, IS, Security and Finance to secure project approval.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex infrastructure projects.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side delivery of the Emergency Control Facility programme.
• Define design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover activities.
• Develop robust Ofgem business cases with cost, options and benefits evidence.
• Coordinate governance, approvals, supplier management and stakeholder sign-off.
• Manage risks, budgets, schedule, quality and safety across multiple workstreams.
