Job summary

NCR Atleos in Dundee, UK (Hybrid) seeks an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager to lead and coordinate a global hardware and services engineering program. You will plan, organize, and motivate project teams to deliver high-value outcomes for customers and the business.

You should have a degree and strong Agile and traditional PM skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent high-visibility projects across functions.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager on large, complex projects in a multi-functional environment.
• Experience leading multi-function project teams (10–15 members) and presenting to management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, organize and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and quality.
• Manage several concurrent high-visibility projects across multiple business divisions.
• Drive improvements and influence how we shape future strategy for NCR Atleos.
• Present progress and results to senior management.
