Job summary

TE Connectivity’s Bradbury Park site in the United Kingdom is seeking a manufacturing/production operator to perform changeovers, setups, and quality checks in line with our procedures. You will help maintain 5S and orderly work areas while ensuring timely delivery of materials to production lines.

The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with good organisational and communication skills, and a readiness to adapt to production schedules and shipping

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working practices supporting the company’s standards.
• Ensure the correct selection of material from company documentation.
• Deliver material to operational areas in a timely manner.
• Work to tight deadlines.
• Good housekeeping; 5S knowledge desirable.
• Use machinery to prep and complete products.
• File and process paperwork within the area and in line with system requirements.
• Informing supervisor and/or purchasing of material shortages.
• Maintain production plans to align with customer demands and shipping deadlines.
• Participate in daily team meetings to review plans and workload.
• Communicate and update relevant departments on current statuses.
• Flexibility to work within other process departments.
