Overview

Position: Senior Production Manager (Large Format Digital Print)

Location: London

Salary: £35k - £40k (Neg.)

Company: Suppliers of high quality large format printing services for a wide range of display solutions, bespoke exhibition stands, events, window graphics & POS.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Production Manager to supervise and support the production team
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production process
• Managing production staff, working with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining the operational effectiveness of the production workflow schedules
• Drive process improvements, introducing automation, workflow optimisation and cost-efficient production methods
• Comply with Company health and safety procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Resolve any production related issues or delays, communicating effectively with all staff
• Working with the senior management team to help develop the large format department and be a part of it's success
