Job summary

Taylor Wimpey seeks a senior production leader to drive high standards of production quality, safety and delivery across sites. You will lead the Production Team, manage budgets, and champion customer-centric improvements while ensuring compliance as Principal Contractor under the Building Safety Act.

• Understanding of building regulations, construction processes and safety protocols.
• Extensive experience managing construction projects, including HRBs (where relevant).

• Develop and implement a rigorous Health & Safety plan for the complete development process.
• Embed a customer-focused culture and drive sustainable improvements in customer experience.
• Oversee pre-production activities: site feasibility reviews, buildability assessments, and construction programmes.
