About the Role

As a Senior Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing production processes and ensuring operational excellence. You will be the go‑to expert on the production floor, working closely with various teams to troubleshoot issues and implement innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to refine assembly processes, providing your technical expertise.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Sign‑off on all production assembly documents and maintain document control.
  • Create jigs and fixtures that streamline assembly processes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address build issues via email, Teams, or phone.
  • Assist with New Product Introductions and optimise projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support and mentor junior engineering team members.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience with manufacturing machinery in an engineering support role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT applications (Excel, Word, Publisher) and project management tools.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
